Chow Loong Jin a9c5874db3 Don't toggle support_material_enforce_layers field 
support_material_enforce_layers works independently of the support_material ||
raft options, so we should not disable the field when support material
generation is disabled.

Chow Loong Jin 073681a50a Get first_layer_extrusion_width from PrintConfig instead of PrintObjectConfig 
This fixes an issue where the support material doesn't honour a custom first
layer extrusion width.
